Sublease and Fit-out of the Café (off-the-plan) at Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club
Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club (Club) invites tenders for the provision of Sublease and Fit-out of the soon to be built Cafe (off-the-plan) at the Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club.
The Cafe Sublease term will be 5 years. The rent is payable via base rent and turnover rent. It is the Club’s expectation that the base rent shall be in-line with Market rent for a high profile tenancy in a prime location.
The brand-new facility will consist of a ground level 70-seat café and a first floor 90-seat restaurant which will both be finished in cold shell, to be fitted out by the successful Tenderers.
A concurrent tender process is being undertaken by Northern Beaches Council for the Lease and fit-out of the Restaurant.
Tenderers may submit tenders for both premises. Note, they are two separate processes to be evaluated independently of each other.
